I am so absolutely glad that I was able to have the chance to devour this memoir because it was so great. 32 Yolks by Eric Ripert and Veronica Chambers takes the chefs journey from his early stages to just as he is about to begin here in the US. I do not seek out memoirs but for some reason this one peaked my interest so I sit here writing my thoughts. I figured it would be kind of a miss, however, it was not and I read through his life rather quickly and would do that again if he does another for his experiences in the US cooking market. We know there just has to be a ton of stories there and I want to read about them. I received a copy for this review from blogging for books and all opinions are my own.
